Patience Rabai, Founder of POWA Care Connections, has come on board with us as a Foundation Sponsor and we are very grateful to have this incredible woman in our corner.

To say Patience is a self-motivated and passionate entrepreneur would be an understatement. As a young child she had dreams of being a businesswoman, and her aim has not been to reach for the stars, but to look beyond them. Her ambition has seen her create several businesses within Australia, South Africa and Botswana, and Point Cook based POWA Care Connections is a business that speaks to her community spirit and concern for people living with a disability.

Patience was keen to align herself with Wyndham Health Foundation due to our shared values to create healthier and happier lives through high quality healthcare services for Wyndham. POWA Care Connections provides a range of disability support services to anyone unable to independently navigate society and their day to day lives. They also specialise in providing advice, information and assistance in understanding NDIS and how to utilise this system.

As a resident of Wyndham, a mother and wife, and successful business owner, Patience would love to see promotion and provision of resources and services that offer consistent support for the disability sector with equality across all societal levels. By collaborating with Wyndham Health Foundation, she hopes together we can achieve greater support for the vulnerable in our community.
