Leanne’s business, fundraising, marketing & communications career now spans 26+ years. Before joining Wyndham Health Foundation she spent 3 years in an executive role for an environmental not-for-profit. Prior to that, 11 years were spent with a major international fundraising consultancy where she assisted a wide range of not-for-profit clients build successful and sustainable multi-channel fundraising programs.  Her career also expanded over the sectors of advertising, law and printing.

Leanne brings wide-ranging experience and strategic nous to her role at the Foundation, where she is leading a dynamic team to help make a difference in the community and support the local public hospital in the City of Wyndham. Further Leanne is proud to add award winner to her repertoire as the recent recipient of the Wyndham 2023 Citizen of the Year Award for her extraordinary contribution to the community and outstanding service over a number of years.

A born ‘people person’, Leanne enjoys connecting generosity to innovation to help ensure the community has the hospital services they need.   She say’s,  “I love meeting inspiring people through my work and I enjoy hearing their stories, what moves them and what motivates them to support the Foundation.”

Leanne studied marketing at university and is surrounded by many family members who work in the medical field.

When Leanne – known as Lee – is not at work, she is a proud mum of two boys and keeps herself very busy doing the sports activities run around with her husband, socialising with her much loved family and friends, and getting out and about exploring all that Victoria has to offer.

From an early age, Vikki has been passionate about helping people knowing it was a great way to channel her energetic, open personality and love for working with people.

Vikki’s credentials are significantly complemented by her prior experience in real estate sales for over a decade as well as having worked in a range of different environments.

Personable, professional, empathetic, and highly motivated; Vikki’s enthusiasm for her role and commitment to providing exemplary service makes a significant impression.  Complemented by her industry knowledge and natural affinity for people, Vikki has the complete skill set and is ideally matched to meet the day-to-day demands to support and help make a difference in the community of Wyndham.

When Vikki isn’t working, she enjoys spending quality time with her loving partner, she loves to cook for her family and friends, and she loves exploring all that Melbourne has to offer.
