Last October, for the third year, Wyndham Health Foundation held the 5KOK Challenge, it provided an opportunity for the community to get active and support mental health services in Wyndham.

As a result, together we raised $3,915 for mental health services in Wyndham!

These funds have purchased a KICKR bike for the Sub-Acute Mental Health Community Care Unit in Werribee.

The KICKR bike is an indoor smart bike that gives the most realistic riding experience whilst staying indoors, this allows exercise to be easily accessible and promotes positive mental health for patients.

A special thank you to 99Bikes Hoppers Crossing who delivered and installed the bike.
