Wyndham Health Foundation has proudly granted $85,000 to Mercy Health Australia Werribee to support Net-HealthData: a pioneering digital tool helping women manage diabetes during pregnancy.
With 22% of local pregnancies impacted by diabetes, this app allows women to monitor their glucose levels from home, significantly reducing the need for hospital visits and improving care outcomes.
During a recent visit to the Diabetes in Pregnancy Clinic, WHF Chair Darren Reynolds, Directors Tully Smith and Jeeva Sanjeevan, and General Manager Christine Thornton met with mums and clinical staff, witnessing the program’s positive impact first-hand.
The funding will support a full 12-month rollout from January to December 2025. Thank you to our supporters for helping us back innovative, inclusive healthcare in Wyndham!
