The Wyndham Health Festival returns in 2026 for its second year, inviting residents from across the City of Wyndham to come together for a free, family-friendly celebration of health, wellbeing, and community connection.
Hosted by Wyndham Health Foundation and proudly supported by Victoria University, the Wyndham Health Festival is a community-led event designed to strengthen health and wellbeing across Wyndham’s rapidly growing and diverse population. The festival brings together local health providers, community organisations, sports clubs, and residents in one accessible location, creating opportunities to connect, learn, and take proactive steps toward better health at every stage of life.
Taking place on Saturday 14 March 2026 at the Victoria University Werribee Campus – Wyndham Tech School, the festival will feature engaging live talks and panel discussions, health and wellbeing stalls, interactive fitness and sport demonstrations, and vibrant community and cultural showcases. From young families and seniors to new residents and long-term locals, the event offers something for everyone in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
The 2026 theme, Community Health for the City of Wyndham, reflects a whole-of-system approach to health. While prevention, education, and early access to care are essential, strong community health also relies on having well-resourced emergency services when illness, injury, or crisis occurs. As Wyndham continues to grow, demand on emergency care is increasing, making investment in local hospital infrastructure more important than ever.
All funds raised through the festival will support the expansion of the Emergency Department at Werribee Mercy Hospital, contributing to vital equipment for the facility. This investment will help ensure faster access to emergency care, improved patient experiences, and better health outcomes for families across Wyndham.
Entry to the festival is free, with donations encouraged. By attending, supporting, or donating, community members are helping to strengthen Wyndham’s health system and support care when it is needed most.
