Wyndham Health Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of those managing chronic illnesses. By funding essential programs and resources, we help individuals access education, support, and treatments that empower them to take control of their health.

From diabetes care and heart health initiatives, our goal is to ease the burden of chronic disease and promote long-term wellness.

We believe in the power of prevention to create lasting health outcomes for our community. By focusing on preventative health initiatives, we aim to reduce the burden of chronic illness, and improve quality of life, and empower individuals to take charge of theirs.

Through strategic funding, we support programs that promote health lifestyles, early detection, and education on key health issues.

We work hand in hand with our local hospital, Werribee Mercy Health, to ensure that our community has access to health initiatives that promote equal and accessible health care for all.
