Last Wednesday was a day filled with joy, gratitude, and community spirit as we celebrated our Annual Holiday Toy Drive. The Wyndham Health Foundation team, our Board Members, dedicated volunteers, and the incredible @rapidreliefteamau came together to create a magical day at Werribee Mercy Hospital.
Christmas Lunch for the Heroes
We were honoured to serve a delicious Christmas lunch to more than 700 staff members at Werribee Mercy Hospital. These healthcare heroes work tirelessly to care for our community, and this was our way of expressing our heartfelt thanks for their dedication and hard work.
Bringing Smiles to Young Patients
The highlight of the day came after lunch when we delivered the amazing gifts collected through our Holiday Toy Drive to the hospital’s young patients. From bikes to books, and everything in between, these thoughtful presents brought joy and excitement to children and their families during the holiday season. Witnessing the smiles on their faces was truly unforgettable and a reminder of why we do what we do.
